Daftar Lengkap Nominasi Oscar 2024, "Oppenheimer" Dijagokan

JAKARTA - Para nominator Oscar 2024 akhirnya diumumkan. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) telah mengumumkan film-film, sutradara, aktor maupun aktris yang masuk dalam jajaran calon penerima penghargaan tertinggi di dunia perfilman tahun ini.

Oppenheimer, drama sejarah dari sutradara Christopher Nolan, merajai perolehan nominasi, dengan total 13 nominasi, termasuk untuk kategori film dan sutradara terbaik. Film ini bahkan mengalahkan jauh ‘pesaingnya’ beratnya, Barbie yang mencatat 7 nominasi.

Beberapa film yang digadang-gadang sebagai calon film terbaik Oscar 2024, termasuk Barbie, juga muncul dalam nominasi yang diumumkan. Seperti Poor Things yang berada di urutan kedua yang mendominasi dengan 11 perolehan, Killers of the Flower  Moon, Anatomy of A Fall,  film debutan Celine Song Past Lives, Maestro, hingga American Fiction.

Di kategori peran, aktor Bradley Cooper bersaing dengan nama-nama seperti Paul Giamatti, Jeffrey Wright hingga Colman Domingo. Kategori ini juga menjadi arena persaingan bagi bintang Oppenheimer, Cillian Murphy.

Sementara aktris Lily Gladstone berada dalam nominasi aktris terbaik bersama pesaingnya Annette Bening, Sandra Huller, Carey Mulligan hingga Emma Stone.

Adapun segmen film fitur internasional tahun ini diisi beberapa film dari sejumlah negara di Amerika hingga Asia. Tak ada film dari Indonesia, Autobiography yang sebelumnya telah tersisih sejak babak kurasi daftar pendek Academy Awards.

Malam penghargaan Oscar 2024 akan dihelat di Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles, AS, pada 10 Maret mendatang.
